The cash prize will be released in an agreed schedule of tranches as cash to a nominated company bank account. A personal bank account cannot be used to receive prize funds. We may ask to inspect accounts or business legal structure prior to the release of funds, depending on the level of risk perceived in money transfer by the operating agents of the competition. Further instalments will only be released upon presentation of original financial statements accompanied by receipts and proof of business activity (for example photos, a written report or otherwise as deemed satisfactory at the discretion of the organisers.) Under no circumstances will tranches deviate from the agreed schedule or be released without satisfactory financial auditing.
